We hope that you will love your pieces from Brice Interiors. For whatever reason you wish to return an item, we will happily accept returns with the exceptions noted below.


For all returns, please contact hello@briceinteriors.com within 7 days of your delivery. Returned merchandise must be in original and unused condition.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date. Returning an item is at your own risk. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged and for your protection, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is lost or damaged while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.


We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. The majority of our pieces are customized for you or finished to order and are final sale. Items shipping directly from our vendors are also final sale and non-returnable, unless they arrive incorrect or damaged. The following product categories are not eligible for a return or refund.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us a hello@briceinteriors.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item. 

Standard ground or priority shipping is free for orders over $50.00 within the 48 contiguous United States. Brice Interiors will determine the best and most efficient shipping method based on the merchandise purchased. Currently, we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous United States. 


Many of our furniture items will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery team member will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.

Please review your delivery upon its arrival and provide a signature upon receipt. If the packaging or the item has obvious damage or is otherwise incorrect, mark the Bill of Lading packing slip as “damaged."
